If you have lived in your current address for two (2) or more years, we do not need information regarding your prior residence.  If you have been working in the same job/company for more than two (2) years, we do not need information on prior employment.

Please provide us with all information requested on the application.  If an incomplete application is returned to us, our processing of the application may be delayed.
 
You must submit the following with the completed application:

The Consumer Notice (a printer friendly version is located with the Application Forms and Instructions) must be signed and returned with the application.

The Application Processing and Credit/Background Check Report Fee. Your check or money order for $35.00 per Applicant should be made payable to Revere Suburban Realty Corporation. 
 
Two Forms of Identification, including a social security card and photo identification card.  Acceptable forms of photo identification include driver's license, passport, or green card.

Income Verification for the Most Recent One-Month Period.  Acceptable documents for income verification include paystubs, W-2 form or income tax return, Social Security statement of benefits, and/or bank statement showing deposit of pension or direct deposits.

We will verify your employment and landlord history.  Please sign and return the verification forms as indicated.
 
We will notify you within 10 business days whether your application is approved.
 
If your application is approved, you must provide us with a "good faith" deposit for the apartment, equal to one month's rent, within 48 hours after we notify you. Your check or money order should be made payable to Revere Suburban Realty Corp.  If we do not receive the "good faith" deposit within 48 hours, we cannot guarantee the availability of the apartment.
 
If we notify you that a Cosigner is required on your Lease, he/she must complete a Cosigner Application.
 
Your Cosigner must submit the following with the completed application:
 
 The Application Processing and Credit/Background check Report Fee.  The Cosigner's check or money order for $35.00 should be made payable to Revere Suburban Realty Corp.
 
 Two Forms of Identification, including a social security card and photo identification card.  
 
Income Verification for the Most Recent One-Month Period.  
 
Proof of Ownership of Real Estate.  Acceptable documents for proof of ownership of real estate include deed, mortgage statements, and/or real estate tax bill.
